Our team is not authorized to speak with tenants once the eviction process is initiated. The eviction attorney is responsible for the entire process.

What happens next?

There are possible two outcomes:

1. If your balance is not paid in full before the court date, the judge will evict all occupants in the household.

2. If the balance is paid before the court date, the case will be "non-suited" & you will not be required to vacate.
