Renewal Notice

Workflow

As your lease is set to expire in the next 4 months, we would like to provide you with a summary of the lease renewal process:

STEP 1 - Inspection (4 months before expiration)

Our handyman will visit your property to ensure all open work orders have been completed and conduct a comprehensive inspection to identify any additional maintenance items that need attention.

STEP 2 - Owner Notification

We notify the property owner that it's time to renew the lease and gather instructions regarding the renewal terms, including rent adjustments.

STEP 3 - Lease Renewal Offer (3 months before expiration)

If the owner does not object, we will automatically send you a lease renewal offer three months prior to the lease expiration.

Deadline

To ensure smooth operations, we require either a signed renewal or a move-out notice from all tenants at least two months before the lease expiration. To enforce the deadline, the system will automatically charge a $100 Unsigned Lease Renewal Fee starting exactly two months before lease expiration.

Incomplete renewal

If the renewal is not signed by the date the lease expires, the lease will automatically convert to a month-to-month agreement. A $100 Month-to-Month Fee is billed to your account in addition to the new rent listed in the renewal offer.

Please be sure to act before the deadline to avoid additional fees and ensure a smooth transition.
