MAINTENANCE


Handymen / Contractors

Doing the physical work at the properties.


Bookkeeper

Bills property (and the tenant occasionally) for receipts/invoices for labor and material.


Maintenance Coordinator

Reviewing Maintenance System reports to make sure everything is flowing. Project management for complicated issues, dispatch, inspection, invoice review & approval.



NON-MAINTENANCE


Processors

General clicks that keep the system flowing. Examples: Processing Owner Requests like rent or property updates, sending lease renewals, etc.


Bookkeeper

Everything financial. Examples: Move-in/Move-Outs bookkeeping, owner statements, etc.


Management Coordinator

Reviewing Management System reports to make sure everything is flowing.
