Rent Payments

Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Tenants can pay through AppFolio by e-check, debit card, credit card, or with cash via PayNearMe at CVS, Walmart, Walgreens, and other retailers.

Owner Distributions

Distributions are processed around the 15th of each month.

We strongly recommend enrolling in Direct Deposit (eCheck) in AppFolio for faster, more reliable payments. If you're not enrolled, a paper check will be mailed to your address on file.

Monthly Statements

Statements are published after distributions and include a clear breakdown of income and expenses, along with scanned receipts. These are summary statements, not formal financial reports like a Profit & Loss or Balance Sheet.

Annual Summary

Owners on the Silver, Gold, or Platinum Plans receive a year-end summary statement to help simplify tax filing.

1099 Tax Forms

After year-end reconciliation, your 1099 will be posted in AppFolio under the Documents tab.
