Websites like Zillow charge for advertising. While paid advertising is optional, we highly recommend it for increased exposure.

We round up to $3 per day, which is slightly above Zillow's direct charge to cover fees. When enrolled in Paid Advertising, your vacancy is listed on 40+ rental websites.
