Intentional Damage

Covers up to $35,000 if a tenant damages your home on purpose ($1,500 deductible).

Theft or Break-In Damage

Covers up to $15,000 for stolen items or damage during a theft ($1,500 deductible).

Lockbox-Related Loss

Covers up to $5,000 if something goes wrong due to use of a digital lockbox. No deductible.

Service Animal Damage

Covers up to $1,000 for damage caused by a service or companion animal. No deductible.

Re-Keying Locks

Covers up to $400 for lock changes when needed. No deductible.
