Evictions can be stressful and expensive—but with our Eviction Protection, you don’t have to deal with it and can limit or in many cases, cover the entire expense.

What’s covered:

• We pay up to $5,000 for court costs, lawyer fees, and anything needed to evict a tenant.

• We also cover up to $600 for sheriff, marshal, or constable fees to remove the tenant if needed.
