If your rental is not enrolled in Protection Plus, the cost is $10-$18 per month.

If you signed up for Landlord Protection, you can add $1,000,000 of general liability coverage to your property for $0-$5 per month based on where your rental is location.

A $10/month admin fee is added to either case assuming you will be handling claims. To have us handle the claims, the admin fee is $30/month.

Exclusions

Insurance products must be added before a loss occurs in order for coverage to apply. Owner is responsible for reading the policy exclusions before enrollment. We are not licensed insurance agents and therefore are not allowed to give insurance advise.
