Google Review

At the end of each maintenance trip, if the tenant has a 100% positive evaluation, ask for a google review.


Ask the tenant:

  1. Is there anything else you need help with?

  2. Would you mind giving me a review? It really helps me when they do performance evaluations.

  3. If yes, tell them you'll set it up so it's easy for them. Get them to open their text app & hand you their phone


Text the link from AppFolio:

  1. Open tenant in AppFolio

  2. Click text

  3. Click templates

  4. Search "google" & choose your territory

  5. Send



Do the review & make sure you choose 5 stars.



THEN DELETE THE TEXT
