Owner Contribution

What is an Owner Contribution?

It's how to deposit money into our trust account to cover the expenses at your property.



When do owners need to make a contribution?

Any time the property shows a negetive balance. You'll know when you owe money:

  1. The Owner Statement shows "Please remit payment" next to a negetive balance

  2. Our Coordinator let's you know during ann approval for repairs that will result in a negetive balance.

  3. Upon a text request from our bookkeeper during the monthly audit.



How to do an Owner Contribution?

Sign into appfolio

- Click MENU

- Click TRANSACTIONS tab

- Click the MAKE A CONTRIBUTION button
