Install Hanging Lockbox
1) Install Hanging lockbox
On front door handle or on gas main if the front door doesn't allow
2) Change the combo to a random number
Do not use the property address or anything similar.
Do not start with a zero.
Do not use the same code as you use for the other lockbox for the same property.
3) Take 3 pictures of the lockbox:
One pic of the lockbox with the new code from 1 foot away. In this case you can see that the new code is 1299.
One pic from 10 feet away, pointing to the lockbox.
One pic from 20 feet away, pointing to the lockbox.
Attach these pics to the Maintenance Inspection Form when you complete it.
